It’s been awhile since we have posted much of anything, but we haven’t just been laying around. We’ve been extremely busy working on our next big CD release! 12 songs have been recorded which we will whittle down to form a pleasantly balanced LP. Expect the typical sweet harmonies from veteran songs such as “Never Came” and “Mountains,” and a few rock hard tunes such as “Crooked and Dreamless.” We are really excited to get the album into your wanting arms and ears. Keep checking in for news on our big album release show, currently slated for mid to late October, 2010.

Nearly there!
As you all know we have been working furiously on our third album (first full length!) for the last few months. All the recording, editing, and mixing are being done by us at the palace… with the exception of the drum tracks which Chris has recorded seperately. We’ve released an EP of several songs that will be part of the full album. It’s called “Still Awake”, which is a fitting title given the late hours spent towards it’s completion. Enjoy.

Recording our sophomore album
As tradition would have it, the second album is nearly always a rather awful thing. We’re hoping to cast aside tradition for the sake of the relentless march of progress! To do this, we are skipping directly to creating a third album. Joining us for this historic departure will be Chris on drums. Aided by some new equipment, we expect to be plowing past the sophomore slump with 7 quality recordings before the new year.
